Leavers year & school identity
A year number, school name or a simple class design can make the group recognisable. Obtain permission before using a school crest or protected logo and submit the final artwork ready to print.
Pupil names & group lists
If you want individual names or a large leavers number containing names, agree spelling and consent requirements first. Print-ready personalised artwork may need to be supplied for each variation; check the ordering approach with us.
Front & back printing
Supported garments offer front printing at £5 including VAT per garment or front and back at £7.50 including VAT per garment. Only select positions actually offered on your chosen product; garment cost is separate.
Choose colours with your whole class in mind
Black and navy are versatile and work well for bold lettering. Burgundy, royal blue and bright colours can give a class a more distinctive look, while grey marl is a softer everyday option. The actual available colours depend on the individual product and supplier.
Be aware that similarly named colours can differ between children’s and adult styles. If your group includes teachers or pupils spanning several size ranges, compare both ranges before finalising an order. A single hoodie style may not cover every fit preference, so it is sensible to decide in advance whether alternative cuts are allowed.
Keep your artwork readable against every chosen colour. Pale lettering may show clearly on navy but disappear on a light grey garment. We do not edit supplied artwork, so all chosen colourways need to be considered when preparing your design.

How to organise the school group order

Confirm the year group and organiser
Agree who approves the design and collects details. Ask the school for permission if its name, crest or other protected imagery is involved.

Choose products and collect sizes
Make a spreadsheet of pupil names, garment codes, colours and sizes. Use each supplier size chart and check entries carefully.

Finalise artwork and placements
Provide completed, ready-to-print artwork. Confirm any personalisation and only request print positions supported by the actual garment.

Allow for production
Printed hoodies take 7–10 working days. Order early enough for school approval and the final collection of sizes and spellings.

Delivery or eligible collection
Delivery is £9.40 excluding VAT per combined box. Mixed plain and printed orders dispatch together after printing. Free collection is available for eligible printed/mixed orders only after ready-to-collect confirmation. Plain-only orders use supplier delivery and cannot be collected.

Can we have the school’s name and leavers year on the hoodies?
Yes, these can form part of the finished artwork supplied for a supported print position. You must have permission to use a school logo or crest. We do not design or edit the supplied artwork.
Can individual pupils’ names appear inside a large leavers number?
This is a possible design concept, but it must be prepared as print-ready artwork and checked for the actual garment and print position. Confirm personalised variations with us before placing the order rather than assuming they are automatically configurable at checkout.
Can we choose different hoodie colours in one school order?
You can select the colours offered on each specific garment, subject to availability. If matching shades across children’s and adult garments is important, compare real manufacturer colour options before ordering.
Do you offer sizes for both children and adults?
Our supplier catalogue contains children’s, women’s and adult hoodie styles. Sizes and fits vary between models; use the exact item’s size guide and collect measurements before ordering.
What is the minimum order for school leavers?
