Can I order plain clothing?

Yes. Choose plain garments where the option is available. Plain garments are intended for supplier dispatch, subject to stock availability. Check the delivery information shown with your order.

How do I order printed clothing?

Find your garment by name, brand or product code. Choose the available colour, size and quantity, select printed clothing and your print position, then supply your artwork. Check every selection and the final total before ordering.

Can you print the front and back?

Front and front-and-back printing are offered on suitable garments. Use the options on the product page and clearly identify which artwork belongs on each side. Some products or placements may not be suitable for printing; ask before ordering if unsure.

What artwork can I upload?

Upload PNG, JPG/JPEG or PDF artwork, up to 10 MB per file. For a design without a background, use a transparent PNG. Read the artwork guide before uploading.

Will you edit my artwork?

No. Artwork must be ready to print. Please check spelling, names, dates, colours, resolution and layout before you submit it. Use the artwork instructions field to explain placement and intended print size.

How long do printed garments take?

Allow 7–10 working days for printed garments. This is a production turnaround, not a promise of next-day delivery. If you need clothing for a specific event, contact Printingmad before ordering to check whether your deadline can be met.

How do I find the right size?

Use the garment’s size selector and the supplier information in the Garment details & care tab where provided. Sizing varies between brands and styles. Check the Garment Size Guide for tips on comparing measurements and choosing the right size for the exact product code.

Can I mix sizes and colours?

Where variations are available, add each required size and colour combination to your basket separately. Check the artwork and print choice on each basket line so the instructions match the garments you need.

How much is delivery?

UK garment delivery costs £9.40 + VAT per box (£11.28 where VAT is 20%). Garments across different styles and sizes are combined when calculating boxes. The checkout shows the applicable VAT and final charge before you order. Free collection is available for printed and mixed orders when offered at checkout. What if I spot an error after ordering?

Contact Printingmad as soon as possible with your order number and the correction required. Changes depend on whether the garments have already been ordered or printed; do not assume a submitted order can be changed.

What happens if I order plain and printed garments together?

If any garment in your order is custom printed, the whole order is prepared by Printingmad and dispatched together after printing. Allow 7–10 working days. Plain garments in a mixed order are not sent separately by the supplier.

Can I collect my order?

Free collection from Printingmad is available at checkout for printed and mixed orders. Plain-only orders use supplier delivery and are not available for collection. Wait until we confirm your order is ready before visiting, and bring your order number.
