Plain garments
Plain-only orders are intended for supplier dispatch, subject to stock availability. The available delivery method and cost will be shown at checkout. Collection is not available for plain-only orders.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery and preparation depend on whether you order plain garments, printed garments or a mixture of both. Check the delivery options and final charge shown at checkout before ordering.
Printed garments
Allow 7–10 working days for printing and preparation before dispatch or collection. This is a production turnaround, not a guaranteed delivery date. Please contact us before ordering if you have a fixed event deadline.
Mixed orders
When an order includes both plain and custom-printed garments, the whole order is prepared by Printingmad and sent together after printing. Allow the printed-order turnaround rather than expecting a separate supplier delivery.
Collection
Free collection is available at checkout for printed and mixed orders. Wait until your order has been confirmed as ready before coming to collect. Bring your order number.

Delivery charges and deadlines
UK garment delivery costs £9.40 + VAT per box (£11.28 where VAT is 20%). We combine garments across different styles and sizes when calculating the box requirement, rather than charging a separate box for each product line. Checkout shows the applicable VAT and final delivery charge before you order. Delivery schedules may vary. If a delivery option is missing, or you need garments for a specific date, contact us before ordering.
