Front printing costs £5 including VAT per garment; front and back costs £7.50 including VAT per garment where supported. Garments are charged separately. Printed orders take 7–10 working days.

Keep mixed orders together
If your order includes both plain and printed garments, all items are dispatched together once the printing is completed.

Delivery is £9.40 excluding VAT per combined box. Free collection is available for eligible printed and mixed orders only after a ready-to-collect confirmation. Plain-only orders use supplier delivery and are not available for collection.

Can we include a birthday age, name or date on the design?
Yes, these can form part of the artwork you supply for a supported printing position. Provide a completed, print-ready file and confirm any individual design variations before ordering. We do not edit supplied artwork.
Can the birthday person have a different shirt colour?
You can choose from the colours offered for each individual product, subject to the available options. Matching colour names across different garment models may not give an identical shade.
Can we mix adult, women’s and children’s sizes?
Yes, choose suitable products and sizes for each person. Adult, fitted and children’s ranges do not use identical measurements, so please check the garment size guides before confirming the order.
Do you offer one special price for a birthday group?
A birthday group package price has not been confirmed on this page. Garment prices vary by style. Supported front printing costs £5 including VAT per garment, or £7.50 including VAT for front and back where both are available.
Can you print photographs and complex designs?
Some garments may support suitable image-based artwork, but print readiness and the supported position must be checked. Supply artwork at suitable quality with the required background treatment. Printingmad does not recreate, correct or edit customer files.
Can we order T-shirts for a fundraising event?
You can select plain or supported printed garments for volunteers and participants. Please obtain permission before using a charity name, protected logo or another organisation’s artwork.
Do you offer embroidery instead of print?
Embroidery is available by enquiry. Send the garment code, logo, quantity and preferred position for a quotation. Embroidery is not assumed to be a checkout option and no price is quoted here.
How long do personalised event T-shirts take?
Printed garments take 7–10 working days. Allow time before production to gather sizes, obtain approvals and submit final artwork. If you have a fixed event date, enquire before ordering; a shorter turnaround is not guaranteed.
Can we combine plain and printed T-shirts in one order?
Yes. Mixed plain and printed orders are dispatched together after printing has been completed, rather than shipping the plain garments in advance.
How much is UK delivery, and can we collect?
