Domestic Plumbing & Repairs
Presentable polos and practical workwear for home repairs, callouts and customer-facing appointments.

Printingmad · Washington, Tyne and Wear
Smart, practical clothing for domestic plumbers, boiler engineers, bathroom fitters and mechanical services teams. Choose real catalogue garments with printing on supported styles.
A plumber visiting a customer’s kitchen needs comfortable clothing that still looks professional. A heating engineer moving between properties and a commercial installer working across several plant rooms may need different layers and storage.
Printingmad, operated by TEE MAD LIMITED in Washington, Tyne and Wear, supplies plain clothing and printing on supported garments for trades businesses in Washington, Sunderland, Newcastle and the wider North East. Our catalogue includes smart polos, trade T-shirts, microfleeces, softshell jackets, bodywarmers, hoodies and practical work trousers.
Choose an approved range for your business rather than relying on one garment to do everything. A recognisable logo can help customers identify your team, while consistent colours support a professional appearance across engineers, installers and new starters. Check the exact fit and supported print positions of each product before ordering.

Bathroom installation and mechanical works can involve frequent bending and moving. Compare trouser fit, knee-pocket construction and tool storage. Ordinary work trousers are not automatically certified knee or impact protection.
Engineers may move from warm interiors to colder outside areas. A removable fleece, bodywarmer or softshell can be more adaptable than a single heavy layer. Check weather-protection claims before treating outerwear as waterproof.
The products on this page are ordinary workwear, not evidence of a person’s qualifications or specialist flame-resistant, heat-protective or other PPE certification. In the UK, gas work must be undertaken by appropriately registered and qualified personnel where required by the regulations. For work with identified hazards, the employer must assess the job and provide suitable protective equipment. A branded polo or fleece does not replace it.
For authoritative guidance, see the HSE domestic gas safety guidance and HSE information on workplace PPE. Do not decorate protective garments without confirming the manufacturer’s instructions and that the proposed branding preserves their protective function.
Choose suitable products, colours and sizes for each engineer. Plain clothing can be purchased, or printing selected on supported garments and positions.

They are general branded workwear, not evidence of Gas Safe registration or certification as flame-resistant or specialist safety clothing. Gas work requires appropriately qualified and registered personnel as set out by HSE. The employer must select any necessary PPE by risk assessment.
Do not assume so. Water resistance and any weather-protection rating must be checked in the current manufacturer’s specification for the specific jacket. Some work may need separate waterproof protective clothing.
The RX603 Pro Tradesman Trousers list tradesman pockets, a ruler pocket, hammer loop and knee-pad pockets. Check actual measurements, knee-pad suitability and any task-specific safety requirements.
Start with your firm’s approved garment codes, colours and sizing. A polo or T-shirt, suitable layer and practical trousers may be useful, but PPE requirements and tool provision must be determined by the employer separately.

Keep the original product code, colour, size and artwork file to simplify repeat orders. Supplier ranges and stock can change, so check availability and current product options again.
Personalised garments are generally non-returnable for a change of mind. Statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
For businesses with engineers on different shifts, appoint someone to maintain a simple uniform list covering each role, garment code, size, approved colour and final logo file. That makes it easier to welcome new starters and replace worn clothing without accidentally mixing similar-looking products from different suppliers. Check the current product listing before each reorder because ranges and available variations can change.
If you have fixed dates for a new contract or staff induction, collect sizes and artwork approvals well before production. Consider the print contrast against dark or light garments, and avoid very small lettering that could become difficult to read. Our artwork guide, size guide and care guide can help you prepare a suitable order.
Personalised garments are generally non-returnable for change of mind, though statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected. Please read our returns policy.
